STEP 11: With the fabrics right sides together, stitch the tube closed along one of the short edges with a 1/4 inch seam. Zigzag over the raw edges around the three closed sides of the tube |
STEP 12: Turn the tube the right way out and press all the seams |

STEP 13: At the open end of the tube, press a 1/4 inch hem, wrong sides together and pin closed. |
STEP 14: Stitch a double row of top stitching very close to the folded edge to close the end of the tube |

STEP 15: Push one end of the tube into the other to create the bag, and top stitch close to the top edge, just below the cord sleeve |
STEP 16: Feed the two lengths of cord through each of the cord sleeves in turn and knot at opposite sides of the bag< |
